Gary W. Maddox

Born in San Francisco and educated in the Bay Area, Gary's romance with the sea began with his purchase of a 36' Stevens cruiser, soon followed by the classic 70' motor yacht HALLELUJAH, By 1970, Gary and his wife Donna began cruising further a field with trips to Mexico along the coast of California.
After selling his business in 1977, he and Donna embarked on a nine-day transpacific trip to Hawaii. While in the Islands, Gary attended the Pacific Maritime Academy, obtained his captain's license and eventually became general manager of Windjammer Cruises, operating six vessels, the largest being 400 feet and carrying up to 1,000 passengers. Gary obtained his 1600-ton Master's License, which he holds today.
Moving to Florida in the mid-eighties, Gary accepted his first command on a yacht and for the next ten years cruised the Mediterranean, Baltic, Caribbean and U.S. waters, He captained the 106' Feadship, HEAVENLY DAZE, the 135' C&N motor yacht, L'APRILLA", and the. 138' Feadship, LADY KATHRYN.
In 1992 Gary joined the brokerage community, listing and selling many of the world's finest yachts. "I love sharing my knowledge and experience with my customers", he says, "especially with people who are new to yachting and can benefit from my advice."

Bryan Murphy

With over twenty five years of experience Bryan brings a lifetime of experience to the yachting industry.
His experience is vast It includes being the first Person from the United States to build boats in mainland China where he had a Joint venture new
construction yard in Fu Gin province producing state Of the art sixty ft. sailing yachts.
He has knowledge of the charter yacht business
having operated a large fleet of yachts out of
St.Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. With over eighty
employees.
He has assisted many buyers and sellers in
purchasing there new yacht or just answering
questions folks have about any type of yacht or
equipment.
He has overseen construction of new yacht projects
in the US and Europe. His knowledge of marine
engineering and electronics as well as diesel engines
and sound maintenance procedures is well known.
He holds a United States Coast Guard Master
Mariners License and has traveled extensively
around the world.
Bryans other interest are in music, he plays four
instruments and sings with a well known band and
has toured to Europe with this band and every year
does the tribute to John Denver Show at the wheeler
Opera house in Aspen Colorado. He is a pilot and
has had his commercial pilot's license since his navy
days where he flew F4 Phantoms from a carrier in
Vietnam.
Bryan is an avid fly fisherman and knows the
Everglades like the back of his hand and has spent
many enjoyable hr. fishing all over the world and he
enjoys sport fishing but always practices catch and
release. Another hobby he enjoys is radio control
model airplane competition.
